I didn’t do a great job of photographing my meals this week, but here is a VIP employee at my hospital for your enjoyment:

His job is to cheer patients up, and his skills are pretty elite. 😉
What I Spent
I spent:
- $64 at Aldi
- $12 at Safeway
- $30 on a Hungry Harvest box
So, $106.
What We Ate
Saturday
I had a work shift, and I just ate raisin bran when I came home.
I did have chickpea salad and shrimp for lunch though:

Sunday
I used a Panera gift card for a free no-cooking meal, and that’s how we got the Panera bag that Chiquita was in. 😉

Monday
Zoe wasn’t hungry, so I just baked a refrigerated Aldi pizza, which I would rate as…meh.

Tuesday
I made a big batch of burrito bowl fixings so that I could have leftovers for work.
I did not snag a picture of the dinner, but here’s a burrito bowl lunch.

Wednesday
I worked; overnight oats for breakfast, a burrito bowl for lunch, and a bowl of cereal before bed.
Thursday
I worked, sooo…overnight carrot cake oats for breakfast, a burrito bowl for lunch, and a bowl of yogurt and fruit when I got home.

Friday
I’m working again today, so my breakfast and lunch are exact repeats of the last two days. And I really do not know what I’m eating tonight, but it probably will be minimal! I will likely eat my lunch burrito bowl so late that I will not be terribly hungry when I get home.
What did you have for dinner this week?
